A bit about me…

As a child, I was told that I love to move.

Up, down, forward, back. It all applied, as long as I had space to explore the world with my body and my imagination. My natural propensity to experiment started in those play kitchens and has led me towards roles in research, healthcare, digital marketing, sales, social media/copywriting, leadership, & education.

I started my career in the marketing & digital media industry after earning my Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Digital Marketing with certificates in Managment & Biology from Siena College.

After entering the industry, I immediately recognized the gaps in the projects I was delegated. I know the value in human-centered marketing campaigns where a deep understanding of consumer behavior and identity-based habits are recognized and mirrored to people to feel understood. To feel seen. To feel like they belong. Writing compelling copy starts from the capacity to feel into what your audience feels and to show them that you have the solutions they are looking for. I can do this with efficiency & authenticity.

My curiosity led me to continue my education in a different way to understand the heart of people’s unmet needs, which is what drove me to complete a Master of Science degree in Yoga Therapy in 2023 from Maryland University of Integrative Health.

Today, I blend the best of therapy, writing, and digital marketing to give businesses the power back to their vision and voice.
