This website was created for my professional integrative yoga therapy business, which launched in 2023.

I wanted to create a meaningful space on the web to share my integrative yoga therapy services and generate leads for my in-person, online, and hybrid classes. My goal for this website was to inform the local community about “what is yoga therapy” and provide a location where clients who were seeking trauma-informed care could easy access and contact me for mental health services.
